We are so very excited to introduce our NEW supplemental, summer cross-training program for Soleunique Dancers! The Soleunique SummerSeries consists of 4 specified training courses just for YOU!
Technique Class:
Continued training for the mind, body and sole. This class will maintain the basics and withhold your foundation while adding additional skills to prepare you for season #8.
Movement/Choreography:
Exploration of new choreographic ideas for the new season. Each week will bring something new and fresh. Be prepared for anything and everything!
Cross Training & Fitness Tracking:
This is where it gets serious! We have set up strength and endurance building stations throughout the studio where dancers will be utilizing their own body weight, resistance bands and weights for a full-body workout. We will provide you with dumbells in 5lb, 8lb, 10lb, 15lb and 20lb incraments. Individual handouts will be provided for each dancer to track their progress.
SoleStretch:
With a primary focus on lengthening and extending the body from its core to limbs, this class provides a healthy approach to stretching the body. We will focus on ligaments, tendons and muscles to guarantee a gain in flexibility.
